What material are the bonnets made out of?Scotch Bonnets are primarily made out of satin material. All bonnets, including prints and velvet, are lined with this satin.

How do I care for my bonnets?Bonnets must be washed by hand or delicate cycle in washer Use cold water along with a gentle detergent Do not wring or twist your bonnets will lose its shape Avoid placing bonnets in dryer Never wash bonnets in hot water, this will cause shrinkage DO NOT WEAR ON HAIR WITH EXCESS GREASE, THIS WILL CAUSE STAINING

What ages do the sizes fit?Kids : 2 months - 5 years Medium: 6 years + Large: 6 years +

Can I change the color and size of my bonnet once I place my order?Once an order has been processed and production has began, the size and the color CANNOT be adjusted. If your order has not yet been processed or made you may request a refund and reorder with the correct sizing and colors.

How long will it take to receive my bonnets?Orders take up to 10-12 business days days to be processed and made. Once shipped, it should arrive in 3-4 business days through USPS First Class shipping but may take longer depending on the area.

Why haven't I received a confirmation email or shipping updates?If you have not received a confirmation email, you email was most likely spelled wrong. Please email us for adjustments. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number in your email.

Do you ship internationally?Yes! We do ship Internationally.

How do refunds work?If you receive your order and it is the wrong item or damaged, the item will have to be shipped to the return address that we will provide upon request. Once we receive the package a refund will be issued to you. (Please keep in mind that you can only return an item that has not been worn). If your package is delivered and becomes lost at the fault of you (ex: forgetting an apartment number, wrong address) we cannot issue a refund to you. If you provide us with an incorrect address and it is returned to us, you will have to pay for the shipping costs to the correct address. However, if it is at the fault of our team, we will feel free to re-do your order.
